Three of my favorite regional shows, back-to-back-to-back! All of these guys have been working hard, for about 20 years, to consistently bring the best group of vendors with tons of COMIC BOOKS to their shows, and I love supporting them. It is always fun and profitable.

We’re driving down to Greenville, South Carolina this weekend for Rob Young’s SC Comicon! Lots of great guests will be in attendance including THE Hulk, Lou Ferrigno! We’re bringing all our good Golden and Silver Age comics and much more including very rare Southern Bastards CBLDF variants! This will be the last time we hit the road until we drive down the street from our store and host America’s Favorite Comic Convention™ on June 20-22! We hope to see you there Saturday and Sunday! “Shelton Drum, owner of the Heroes Aren’t Hard to Find comic book store and founder of the renowned annual Heroes Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, brings William King Museum a vast array of original comic book art from his private collection. With the help of Neil Bramlette, founder of Bristol’s Out of Step Arts Collective, classic comics, private commissions, and original pages showcasing key artists from the 1950s and 60s as well as artists working today will be on display for the first time. Featuring comic arts past and present, this exhibit is full of recognizable characters that are sure to surprise and delight fans and newcomers alike.”

The exhibit features original art by Steve Ditko, Jack Kirby, Wally Wood, Frank Frazetta, John Romita, Charles Vess, Mike Zeck, Darwyn Cooke and many more! Over 80 pieces on display!

Please join us for the opening reception on Thursday, February 6 from 6-8PM. Refreshments will be provided and there will be an optional cash bar. The event is free and open to the public. We hope to see you there!

We’re not going far but we’ll be out in force at the Charlotte Comicon this Sunday, December 15th and we’re bringing the A-Team! Shelton, Seth, Phil, Karla, Winslow and Zach will all be there to help you with all your comic book shopping. We’ll be bringing all our good stuff from the Golden Age all the way up to what’s new and hot this week!

If you’re at the show, you can pick up copies of Harley Quinn #0 with a couple of weeks to create your cover masterpiece by the December 31st due date and be entered in our Art Exhibition at Charlotte MiniCon .
