EXHIBITOR BOOTHS
*EXHIBITOR BOOTH DEPOSITS and RESERVATIONS are transferable toward a 2027 HeroesCon Reservation but are otherwise NON-REFUNDABLE.


FRONT ENDCAP: $975
These face the entrance of the hall, ensuring that as fans move towards Artists Alley, these booths will have the highest visibility. Example Booths: 1153 and 1354.

REAR ENDCAP: $975
These face Artists Alley itself, and have the highest visibility for fans in or near Artists Alley. Example Booths: 1157 and 1358.

REGULAR BOOTH: $825
Booths which do not face the entrance or Artists Alley.
Example Booths: 1155 and 1356.

TABLES/CHAIRS:
BOOTH RESERVATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE TABLES or CHAIRS

Exhibitor tables and chairs can be rented directly through our decorator Carolina Tradeshow Decorators, or exhibitors are welcome to provide their own.

This will ensure that each exhibitor can reserve the exact size and quantity of tables and chairs needed for their individual set up.

EXHIBITOR BADGES/WRISTBANDS:

Exhibitors may request up to FOUR Exhibitor Badges with the reservation of ONE 10'x10' booth space, and up to FOUR additiional Exhibitor Wristbands with the purchase of one or more addiitonal booth spaces.

The maxium allotment of complimentary badges per Exhibitor is EIGHT wristbands (Regardless of booth size)
If you will require more than 8 exhibitor wristbands in total over the weekend, you will be required to purchase those additional badges.

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR BADGES: $250.00/each

RESTRICTIONS:
Exhibitor Wristbands allow the wearer entry during EXHIBITOR-ONLY days/hours. They DO NOT permit the wearer the ability to line up at Featured Guest or Artist Tables, or at CGC, BEFORE VIP Attendees or during VIP EARLY ENTRY HOURS. (Exhibitors may ONLY line up during General Admission hours, and must allow VIP Attendees priority in lines at all times. Several Featured Guests as well as CGC/JSA will offer EXHIBITOR ONLY hours on Thursday before the show starts.)



NO SPACE IS GUARANTEED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL.
No space is reserved without a completed Exhibitor Application and at least a $200.00 deposit
